Recent Trends in Differential Equations: Analysis and Discretisation Methods
The workshop focusses on mathematical approaches to nonlinear and nonlocal phenomena by partial differential and integro-differential equations. The aim is to discuss the use of various methods and concepts such as fractional derivatives, truncation techniques, appropriate function spaces, and stochastic analysis.
This workshop intends to bring together researchers from different mathematical schools and to offer an environment to foster the exchange of ideas.
November 7th - 9th, 2013, Technische Universität Berlin
Organised by
Etienne Emmrich
This workshop is supported by SFB910 (Technische Universität Berlin), SFB701 (Universität Bielefeld) and Universität Duisburg-Essen (Fakultät für Mathematik),
Get together
Within the scope of the workshop on Recent Trends in Differential Equations: Analysis and Discretisation Methods there will be a Get together at Wohlfahrt's Restaurant and Bar, Hardenbergstraße 15, 10623 Berlin (directly on the ground floor of Hotel Indigo)
